- 1 pack Öz Kayseri Manti Sade
- 1 pack mushrooms
- 1 x spring onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 x egg yolk
- 50 g Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 handful of fresh basil fresh

Instructions
- First, slice both the mushrooms and the spring onions. Fry them in a frying pan heated with oil. Cook the manti according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Take care of the sauce while the manti are cooking. Put the cream, an egg yolk, some finely grated Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix everything and puree with a hand blender to give the sauce a frothy consistency.
- Then mix the finished manti with the fried vegetables and add basil, planed parmesan and the foam.
